I want to help you with your business and I value respectful and professional relationships.  There's a strong case for working with me.

My time is valuable and so is yours.  Therefore if we have a meeting scheduled and you are late or don't show up you lose that time.  Payment will still be in full.  In turn I will honour the same promise to be on time for meetings.

When you buy a package of time or an agreement with me to undertake work on your behalf, I commit to having enough time available to serve you.  That affects how many other clients I can take on.  Therefore I am unable to give any refunds, accept any late payments or non-payments and will use all legal methods available to me to enforce any payment. I will therefore generally ask that you pay me 50% of any fee upfront as a minimum for any job or piece of work. Payment of an invoice is usually required in full and within 14 days.

My basic hourly rate is £275 but I also offer fixed fees.  I work on the same premise as Picasso: A woman was strolling along a street in Paris when she spotted Picasso sketching at a sidewalk café. The woman asked Picasso if he might sketch her and charge accordingly.

Picasso obliged. In just minutes, there she was: an original Picasso.

“And what do I owe you?” she asked.

“Five thousand francs,” he answered.

“But it only took you three minutes,” she politely reminded him.

“No,” Picasso said. “It took me all my life.”

In return I will endeavour to complete any work efficiently and effectively to assist in keeping costs down, give you updates whenever you ask so my invoice will not be unexpected and advise whereever possible how to settle a dispute or mitigate any financial loss.
